Warranty Policy
We are committed to supplying reliable machinery and equipment. This Limited Warranty Policy explains the warranty coverage, customer responsibilities, exclusions, and claim process for eligible products purchased through our website or authorized sales channels.
1. Limited Warranty Coverage
Eligible new equipment is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the applicable warranty period.
The standard warranty period is: [INSERT WARRANTY PERIOD] from the original delivery or purchase date, unless otherwise stated in writing for a particular product.
Where an operating-hour limit applies, warranty coverage will expire when either the time period or hour limit is reached, whichever occurs first.
2. What the Warranty May Cover
- Manufacturing defects in covered machine components.
- Defective parts caused by materials or workmanship.
- Approved replacement parts during the valid warranty period.
- Repair of covered components when authorized in advance.
- Other items specifically included in the product's written warranty documentation.
3. Parts With Separate Manufacturer Warranties
Certain components may be covered by their original manufacturer instead of, or in addition to, the equipment warranty. Examples may include:
- Engines
- Batteries
- Hydraulic components
- Electrical components
- Tires or tracks
- Third-party accessories
Claims involving these components may need to follow the warranty procedures established by the original component manufacturer.
4. Items Not Covered
Unless specifically stated otherwise in writing, the warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear.
- Routine maintenance items and consumables.
- Filters, fluids, lubricants, belts, hoses, cutting edges, teeth, tires, tracks, or similar wear items.
- Damage caused by accidents, collision, misuse, abuse, or neglect.
- Damage caused by improper operation or overloading.
- Damage caused by unauthorized modifications.
- Damage caused by using incompatible attachments or accessories.
- Failure caused by improper maintenance or failure to follow service schedules.
- Damage caused by contaminated fuel, oil, hydraulic fluid, or other operating fluids.
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect normal operation.
- Damage occurring during transportation after customer delivery unless otherwise agreed.
5. Customer Responsibilities
To maintain warranty eligibility, the owner or operator is responsible for:
- Operating the equipment according to the manufacturer's instructions.
- Completing recommended maintenance at the required intervals.
- Using suitable fuel, lubricants, fluids, and replacement parts.
- Keeping maintenance and service records.
- Stopping operation when a serious mechanical problem is discovered.
- Reporting warranty concerns promptly.
- Providing photographs, videos, serial numbers, service records, or other information reasonably required to evaluate a claim.
6. How to Submit a Warranty Claim
If you believe your equipment has a warranty-related issue, please contact our support team before performing major repairs.
Please provide:
- Your full name and contact information.
- Order number or invoice number.
- Machine model.
- Machine serial number.
- Date of purchase or delivery.
- Current operating hours, when applicable.
- A clear description of the problem.
- Photos or videos showing the issue.
- Relevant maintenance or repair records.
7. Authorization Before Repair
Do not perform major warranty repairs or replace major components without obtaining approval from our support team or the applicable manufacturer when authorization is required.
Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or replacement of covered components may affect warranty eligibility.
8. Warranty Resolution
After reviewing an approved claim, the appropriate warranty remedy may include:
- Repair of the defective component.
- Replacement of an eligible defective part.
- Technical assistance or troubleshooting.
- Another remedy agreed upon in writing.
The appropriate remedy will depend on the specific issue, product warranty, availability of replacement parts, and the terms applicable to the equipment.
9. Shipping and Labor Costs
Responsibility for shipping, transportation, diagnostic, travel, and labor costs depends on the warranty terms applicable to the specific machine or component.
Customers should obtain written authorization before incurring repair, shipping, or labor expenses for which reimbursement is expected.
10. Attachments and Accessories
Attachments, accessories, and optional equipment may have different warranty periods from the primary machine. Coverage will be determined according to the warranty supplied with the applicable attachment or accessory.
11. Used Equipment
Used, demonstration, clearance, or otherwise specifically identified equipment may be sold with different warranty coverage or on an "as-is" basis where permitted and agreed upon. Any applicable coverage will be stated in the sales documentation.
12. Limitation of Warranty
This Limited Warranty applies only to eligible products and covered defects during the applicable warranty period. Additional limitations, exclusions, or legal rights may apply depending on the product, manufacturer, sales agreement, and customer's location.
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or limit rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
13. Policy Updates
We may update this Warranty Policy from time to time. The warranty terms applicable to an individual purchase will generally be determined by the terms provided with the product or agreed upon at the time of sale.
