Heavy Machinery Policy

We supply professional-grade road roller machinery designed for construction and industrial use. Please read our refund and return conditions carefully before purchasing.

⚠️ Due to the nature of heavy equipment, all returns require inspection and prior approval.

1. Returns Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 7–14 days under the following conditions:

✔ Machine is lightly used or unused
✔ No damage or misuse detected
✔ Original parts included
✔ Return request approved first

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Heavily used road rollers
  • Custom or modified machines
  • Operator damage or neglect
  • Final sale or clearance items

3. Refund Process

Once inspected and approved, refunds are processed within 10–20 business days. Payment is returned via original method or bank transfer.

4. Inspection

Our engineers check engine condition, hydraulics, drum wear, and total operating hours before approval.

5. Shipping Costs

Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.
